[modifica] La procedura di Abuse Report

AR significa Abuse Report. E' il modo in cui vanno segnalati a Linden Labs comportamenti che violano le regole di Second Life.

La procedura di Abuse Report comporta la descrizione in inglese dell’incidente. Se non sapete scriverla, chiedete aiuto nel canale chat del gruppo.

Per segnalare molestie, aggressioni, gravi incidenti (spinte prolungate, blocco dell’avatar, ingabbiamenti, esplosioni continuate, etc.) e altri comportamenti che violano i Community Standards, e’ necessario utilizzare la funzione Report Abuse che si trova nel menu Help.

• se possibile, selezionate la categoria di incidente appropriata (menu a tendina Select category)
• inserire il nome completo dell'avatar che ha causato l’incidente (bottone Select)
• specificare il luogo dell’accaduto (campo Location of Abuse - il nome del sim e le coordinate si trovano nella barra in alto)
• riassumere brevemente l’incidente nel campo Summary
• descrivere piu' estesamente quello che e’ avvenuto nel campo Details

Una volta inserite tutte le informazioni richieste, concludere la procedura premendo il pulsante Report Abuse in basso.

Alcune note sugli Abuse Report prese dal profilo di Dee Linden:

First — they really DO work, but there are ways of making them more effective.

• Put a couple of words in the summary line to give a very brief summary of the incident, such as: “shooting in safe”

• Don’t get bogged down on the category, select whichever one feels right to you at the moment.

• The details section is where you can put more info, including pasting bits of conversation if pertinant to the report. If you have more info than will fit in the details section, you can put it into an email — wait for the auto-response email that you’ll get after you Abuse Report, then reply to that auto-response with any further details you have.

• If you need to attach a snapshot that you already have in your inventory, simply rez a Large cube, texture it with the snapshot, then zoom in on it before you click Report Abuse. Then when you check the snapshot box on the form, you’ll be sending a snap including the snapshot in question.
